PhotoStorys is a website that showcases photography and stories from contributing photographers from all over the world.

We aim to showcase the best photos of amateur and professional photographers alike. All it takes to contribute is a passion for photography, a good photo, a fitting story and the desire to share it with the world.

What's the big idea?

The idea behind this website came when it's creator Evan Skuthorpe decided he wanted to create a platform for photographers from all over the world to share their photos and stories with other like minded photographers. And to create a place of interest for the casual photographer, photo journalist or seasoned pro to come and be inspired by other peoples work.

So how does it all work?

Photographer like you can submit a photo and an accompanying story that to one of our photographic themes. If your photo and story is suitable, we showcase your shot and story, credit it with your name and a link to your own site and you get the satisfaction of sharing your fine work with your fellow photographers from all over the world. We publish a new theme every two to three months.

Who?

Evan is a non-professional photographer who shoots mostly landscape, street photography and portraits of the people he meets while travelling the world. He shoots with his trusty shiny new Nikon D800.
