Submitting a photo and accompanying story to PhotoStorys doesn't alter your copyright. You keep the copyright to your work.

By submitting your work, you allow PhotoStorys to publish it on this website for a period of at least 5 years. From time to time you may be contacted directly with an invitation for your photo to be used elsewhere such as in the press, in print or on other materials that PhotoStorys engages in. You have the right to refuse this request.

Don't upload anything that isn't your own original work. Contact me directly on submit (at) photostorys.com if you see anything on the site that you think might constitute copyright violation.
